By accessing or using FitMost services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
FitMost provides fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes. Our programs are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before starting any exercise program, consult with a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or other health concerns.
Memberships are billed on the cycle you select (monthly or annual). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Annual memberships may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days.
All content on FitMost — including workouts, programs, articles, videos, and design — is owned by FitMost or its content providers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to use our services to: share harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; interfere with or disrupt our services; attempt to gain unauthorized access; use automated tools to scrape or collect data; or impersonate any person or entity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitMost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
